Assessment Rate = 2.99%
Fee = 2.00%
ERC = 4% Year 1 and 2, 3% Year 3 and 4 and 2% Year 5
Tier = Tier 1
LTV = 75%
Min Loan = £350,000
Max Loan = £3,000,000 (LTV limits apply)
