We would like to inform you that we are reducing a number of our products including residential discounted, Buy to Let, fixed residential, affordable housing and Help to Buy Wales. Please see below summary of the products that are reducing:
- All residential discounted products to reduce by 0.15%
- Select Buy to Let discounted products to reduce by 0.10%
- 3 year fixed residential products to reduce by 0.20%
- Affordable housing products to reduce by 0.50%
- Help to Buy Wales products will be reduced in line with equivalent 75% LTV residential products
- 90% LTV residential fixed products are to reduce by 0.10%
These will be available from 9am Thursday 27th April 2017.
Previous versions of these products will be withdrawn from sale on Wednesday 26th April at 8:00pm
