The countdown to the Scottish Provident rebrand has started

Message from Scottish Provident

We’ve already been keeping you updated on the Bright Grey rebrand to Royal London. We now need to tell you what this means for Scottish Provident. From 31 December 2015, you’ll notice the Royal London name and look appearing in a number of places.

•	For all new business except Pegasus Whole of Life, you should use our new protection online service instead of Webcentre.

•	Most content from scottishprovident.co.uk will become part of the Royal London websites for advisers and consumers. Scottishprovident.co.uk will still be available for content relating to Pegasus Whole of Life and existing business, including literature.

•	Portals and best advice systems will continue to show Scottish Provident for Pegasus Whole of Life. Self-Assurance will no longer be listed but you can select from our Royal London menu products.

•	For new menu and relevant life business, you’ll need to use the new Royal London products.

Changes to how you use Webcentre

As you know, we’re launching a new innovative online service that will make the process of applying for protection products quicker and simpler. This new online service will become the main service you should use for quoting and applying for Royal London protection business. However, you should continue to use Webcentre to quote and apply for Scottish Provident Pegasus business until this rebrands next year.

Don’t forget we’ve updated our terms of business

We’ve updated our Scottish Provident terms of business to reflect our new name. We’ve also taken this opportunity to make some other small changes. These new terms of business are effective from now and will apply to any protection business that you submit to us going forward.
