On Friday 12 February we held our fifth annual Business Quality Awards (BQAs). Launched in 2011, the awards recognise and commend IFAs and Network Advisers who have demonstrated exceptional levels of customer service and a proven commitment to the retention of protection business. A great night was had by all and we recognised some outstanding work by some very talented advisers and firms.
