If your clients are under the age of 42, we will not ask for the routine medical evidence that other insurers might – regardless of the benefit they choose.

Turnaround times

Our turnaround times set adviser expectations and give you confidence:

  • We guarantee to review applications that come in by 3.15pm on the same day
  • Since September 2015, 96% of IP cases took less than one day to review
  • In 2016, we’re aiming to review 100% of cases within this timeframe.
