Following the successful implementation of ‘The Next Generation of OLP Connect (OLPC)’ earlier this year, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve made further enhancements to our protection quote and apply system.

Our enhanced functionality gives you the option to ‘hand off’ the health and lifestyle questions to your clients where appropriate, so that they can complete the questions at their own convenience. You’ll see the ‘hand off’ option appear once you have completed the Medical Consent and Doctors Details screen in OLPC. When you use the ‘hand off’ feature, your clients will receive an email prompting them to register for ‘My Account’ so that they can complete the health and lifestyle questions in the application.

Although this is completely optional, we hope that you’ll take advantage of this new feature designed to give clients greater flexibility.

The new features within ‘My Account’ also released, include:

  • Improvements to the client registration process, which is now much shorter.
  • A much improved Personal Details Document which highlights the key information that the client gave during the application process.
  • When you submit your client’s application to go on risk they will receive an email prompting them to register for ‘My Account’ so that they can confirm the answers they gave during the application process.
