The Society has now made some changes relating to mortgage criteria, product and rates which are applicable with immediate effect. esbs_mortgageproductguide_update_oct16but the main points are:
- Product Change – Product number 205 – 00% 5 Year Discount Remortgage Only. This has been renumbered 220 and now has a minimum loan of £75,000
- New Product – Product number 221 – 00% 5 Year Discount Purchase only. This is for purchase business only, has a valuation fee paid to £515 and has a minimum loan of £75,000. The booking fee is £100 and the arrangement fee is £1,100
- New Product – Product number 222 – Stepped 5 Year Discount Remortgage only. The discount is 1.60% for the first three years followed by 2.00% for the next two years. ERCs are for three years only. This has a valuation fee paid to £515, free legals if our solicitor is used and has a minimum loan of £75,000. The booking fee is £100 and the arrangement fee is £1,100
- New Product – Product number 223 – Stepped 5 Year Discount Purchase only. The discount is 1.60% for the first three years followed by 2.00% for the next two years. ERCs are for three years only. This has a valuation fee paid to £515 and has a minimum loan of £75,000. The booking fee is £100 and the arrangement fee is £1,100
- Withdrawn Products – Products 212 and 213 (Stepped 5 Year Purchase and Remortgage Discounts)
