As you’ll be aware, since June we’ve implemented a number of enhancements to our protection quote and apply system OLP Connect (OLPC) designed to make your lives easier. As well as improvements to the user journey and overall capabilities, we’ve given it a fresh new look.
We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve made some further enhancements and that the latest OLPC release is now live.
You’ll notice the following improvements:
- New ‘Home’ screen and improved Manage Application functionality
- The ‘Hand off’ functionality has improved
- Changes to agent amends process
- Extension to confirm your details capabilities
- Customer underwriting letters are moving to emails
To help assist and guide you through the changes, we’ve created a procedural update, which provides a detailed overview of the changes. Additionally, we have updated a number of our user guides.
