We have updated our Claims Factsheet, which now includes our top claims Q&As of 2016, along with our 2016 claims stats.

We have also created a Claims Booklet which has a selection of claim case studies collated into one booklet. This will be updated on a quarterly basis.

Little Moments Matter

As of 16 January, we’re now sending out personalised ‘Get Well Soon’ cards for child accident or sickness claims. A small gesture which we hope will make a big impression on our customers and put a smile on their face when they need it most.
