Santander Increase Proc Fee

The net proc fees has increased from 0.31 to 0.32  for new applications agreed from 13th February on all residential mortgage products.

In additional, where the loan is £25,000 or more the  minimum proc fee is £400. There is no minimum proc fee for loans less than £25,000. There is no maximum amount of proc fee paid
