On Thursday 9 February we held our sixth annual Business Quality Awards (BQAs). Launched in 2011, the awards recognise and commend IFAs and Network Advisers who have demonstrated exceptional levels of customer service and a proven commitment to the retention of protection business. We recognised some outstanding work by some very talented advisers and firms and a great time was had by all.
