Direct Debit and Lapse Process

Following adviser feedback, we have updated our Direct Debit & Lapse process.

Now, when a payment is missed you will receive an email with your client’s contact details in it, so you can call them directly from your smartphone.

We hope this change will make contacting your client in these instances easier and quicker for you.
