Principality: We’re reducing our 2 year fixed rates

We would like to inform you that we are reducing the rates on our 2 year fixed rate residential products at 80% and 85% LTV by up to 0.10%. These will be available from 9am Tuesday 18th April 2017.

Previous versions of these products will be withdrawn from sale on Tuesday 18th April in the evening at 8:00pm

2 year fixed 80% LTV code 10872 (1.85%) will change to 10831 (1.75%) reducing by 0.10%

2 year fixed 85% LTV code 10873 (1.95%) will change to 10833 (1.90%) reducing by 0.05%
