Product Withdrawal
The following products will be withdrawn today Thursday 4th May. Last applications must be fully submitted by 8pm:
- (Code UZY79) – Individual Buy to Let – 2.99% fixed for 5 years; Arrangement fee 2%
- (Code UZY80) – Limited Company Buy to Let – 2.99% fixed for 5 years; Arrangement fee 2%
Product Launch
The following limited edition products will be launched to replace them. The products will be available to view on the Precise Mortgages website from 8:30 am on Friday 5th May. Please note that the product code and the arrangement fee are different to the products being withdrawn (all other aspects of the products are the same).
