As you know, we have been extraordinarily busy recently and this has impacted the level of service we have provided for you and your clients.  We’re really sorry this has happened, and wanted to make you aware as to what we’ve done so far to fix things and update you on our current service position.

Changes we have made:

  • We have doubled the size of our broker liaison team to support the high level of demand
  • We have simplified some of our internal processes to speed things up
  • We have significantly increased staff numbers in our underwriting team

Current service position:

These changes have helped us to significantly reduce the backlog, as we are currently processing applications received from 22 May.

We know we can do better, and that is why our team are continuing to work tirelessly to ensure we deliver the best level of service possible. We thank you for your patience and support throughout this time.
