You’re probably well aware of the recent tax changes to your client’s Buy to Let income. If your clients have noticed their income decrease as a result, they may be interested in our Buy to Let Offset Mortgage. By depositing savings in an offset account linked to the mortgage, your clients reduce the amount of interest charged on their mortgage.
