All your clients are different. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to make our Menu Plan more flexible – so you can tailor it to suit their needs.

So from this week you’ll be able to choose whether to include total permanent disability on our Critical Illness Cover and Life or Critical Illness Cover.
If you choose to leave it off, your client will receive a discounted premium – making sure they get value for money.

What else is on the menu?

We’re committed to providing good outcomes for your clients and paying more claims. That’s why we’ve also added three new full payment definitions to our Critical Illness Cover and upgraded one of our existing additional conditions.

New full payment definitions:
Benign spinal cord tumour – resulting in permanent symptoms or specified treatment
Brain injury due to anoxia or hypoxia – resulting in permanent symptoms or specified treatment
Ulcerative colitis – when treated with total colectomy

Upgraded additional condition:
Coronary angioplasty – with specified treatment

Use our interactive definitions search tool for a full list of our critical illness definitions – including current and past definitions wording.
