Streamlined mortgage application process

We’re always listening to your feedback and striving to improve our service to you. With that in mind, we’ve streamlined our application process and removed our minimum submission form with immediate effect to make it easier to submit cases to us.

 

Some new features include:

  • On our website you’ll find a new application requirements guide to help you package cases
  • You’ll now receive an email confirming we’ve got your clients full application
  • After you submit a full application, within 24 hours, we’ll send a bespoke packaging list so you know exactly what we need to underwrite your case at the outset
  • The use of auto-income verification means in some cases we won’t need a payslip at all
  • On some lower risk cases we’ll now only need one payslip and bank statement.
