British Friendly policyholders can now make missed premium payments securely online through their new World Pay facility.
There are two ways your clients can pay their premiums securely online:
- Help pay your client’s premium at advisers.britishfriendly.com
Help your client’s pay their premium quickly and easily over the phone or face to face by visiting advisers.britishfriendly.com and selecting the ‘Pay Premiums’ button at the top of the website.
- Pay premiums at members.britishfriendly.com
Your client’s can also pay their missed premiums securely online themselves by visiting members.britishfriendly.com and selecting the ‘Pay Premiums’ button at the top of the website.
Our new secure online payment facility allows you to help your clients make their premium payments quickly and easily at a time convenient for them. That way, they can make sure they’re still covered in case they need to make a claim or if they wish to use the great services, deals and rewards available to them through our discretionary Mutual Benefits programme!
