Documents handling
  • Our document descriptions have been updated to make what we require clearer to you;
  • All essential documents now required to be uploaded before submitting the application, to ensure we underwrite upon receipt.
Support in case packaging
  • Our admin teams will review when documents are coming in to ensure the underwriter has everything they need – to make an informed and more robust decision;
  • If needed, they will call you to verify the documents.
Quicker decisioning
  • Underwriters are better informed at initial underwrite as key documents have been received;
  • Underwriters will call you directly to inform you if and why any additional documents may be required.
