Here’s a reminder of what makes Maximum Choice a true showstopper…

Flexible with fees – where the fee free option is selected, there are no application, arrangement, or valuation fees payable. However, if your client wants a lower interest rate, they can opt to pay the valuation fee. See the Tariff of Charges for details.
Drawdown and Lump Sum options available with drawdowns from just £500.
Increased Capital Repayments – up to 12% per year with no ERCs.
Guaranteed Inheritance Feature – clients can protect a percentage of their home’s future value as an inheritance.
Fixed ERCs – In the first 5 years after the loan starts, the ERCs are fixed at 6% of the initial loan. From years 6-10, the ERC will be 0% if gilt rates are higher  than at the start of the loan. If gilts are lower, the charge will be 6%. There are no ERCs after 10 years.
ERC exemptions on downsizing and death/LTC of a spouse or partner – In joint cases, if one borrower dies or is admitted into long-term care, within 3 years the remaining borrower can repay the loan in full, ERC free. Also, after an initial period of 5 years, if the client(s) downsize to a property outside of our lending criteria, they can repay the loan in full, ERC free.
