TSB has made improvements to it’s ID&V process to include acceptance of online EU/EEA/UK bank, building society and UK credit card statements or utility bills for address verification.
A paper of pdf copy of these documents from an online account can now be used as an address verification when presented with UK/EU/EEA passport, UK full driving licence or HMRC tax notice of coding or annual statement.
- Biometric Residence Permit must be valid for a minimum of 12 months (previously 30 days).
- Young ScotCard now has an age restriction and is only acceptale for 18-26 year olds.
These changes also include the removal of a selection of documents as proof of ID&V, including a provisional driving license.
All brokers registered with TSB will be contacted to let them know about the changes.
Please contact your National Account Manager if you have any questions.
