Please be advised we are making a number of changes across our Residential, Buy to Let and Reward ranges effective tomorrow, Thursday 9th January, 2020.
These changes include:
- launching competitive new remortgage products
- Reducing rates on our high LTV purchase products
- Increasing the overpayment allowance on all our new 10 year fixed rates to 10%*
- Extending the end dates on all our fixed rates to the 30th April
Note: As part of this launch, some products are increasing in rate and some are being withdrawn and not replaced.

Key Residential product changes
- New – Premier Great Escape 2 Year Fixed, 1.80%, £0 product fee, 50% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £1m, £800 cashback (Remortgage Only)**
- Reduced – 2.05% Great Escape 3 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £1m, (Remortgage Only) – reduces to 1.95%
- Reduced – 3.27% 5 Year Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £500k (Purchase Only) – reduces to 3.09%

*The overpayment increase only applies to your clients taking one of our new ten year rates. Any client who has taken one before 9th January 2020 will continue with a 5% overpayment allowance per annum.
** The cashback provided is £1000 if your clients use and pay for their own solicitors.
To be eligible for the product, your client must hold a Premier Banking relationship with Barclays.
To join Premier, your client will need a minimum of £100,000 saved or invested with Barclays – or an annual gross income of £75,000 or more paid into a Barclays current account.
