In our recent Health of the Workplace* Webinar we shared lots of useful information from our new study.
If you had the chance to dial in, we hope you found the information useful. If you weren’t able to join us, or would like a re-cap, you can now view a recording of the webinar.
We’d really like to share this new insight. To give you a flavour of the types of themes covered, here are some of the webinar highlights:
- Mental health means different things to different people – a personal approach is paramount.
- Despite evidence showing that work is good for us, it’s the leading contributor to mental health concerns.
- There’s a disconnect between how employers feel they’re doing and the reality.
- Employers are talking the talk, but now they need to walk the walk.
- Despite perceptions changing, line managers are contributing both positively and negatively to situations.
- Training is only one part of the solution. Companies need to understand and address the individual needs of their workforce.
This is just the first in a series of communications we’re developing to support our Health of the Workplace study. The full report will be published mid-February.
We’ll also host a follow-up webinar in the near future, where we’ll share our mental health and workplace wellbeing learnings and developments, both as an employer and benefit provider. Look out for your invitation.
If you have any questions or comments, please let us know. Your feedback will help us deliver the most benefit from future events.
