I want to reinforce that we are still able to support our clients on all immediate and urgent insurance needs such as renewal, mid-term adjustments, new cover requirements, claims guidance and support. We are still here for you.

Our teams will be working from home and following investment in our IT in recent years, we can access client records and important information remotely and securely. Our connectivity with many of the key insurers means that the communication links are unbroken at this time.

To support our staff remotely, we are undertaking regular “all staff” calls so if you ring and find your call isn’t answered, please e-mail us on info@baonline.co.uk including the best contact number and a short note of the purpose of your call so we can get back to you swiftly.

While we are committed to offering the same level of service we are known for, during this time there may be instances where we are not able to run at 100% capacity, or in quite the same way we would if all of our people are at their usual place of work. In addition to this, many insurers, partners and other third parties are changing their business processes and contact points as the situation evolves which may impact how quickly we are able to get back to you.

  • We ask that you do not pay by cheque as our ability to handle these whilst offices are  closed will be limited. If you need to discuss this, please contact us.
  • We are unable to accept cash payments in any circumstances.
  • To ensure a speedy response, where possible please call or email your usual contact, rather than send documents through the post. We are arranging post to be redirected, so we will receive this in the event that you do need to send something by post.
  • If this is not your preferred email address, please confirm the preferred email to help us deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible.
  • If you normally handle the renewal process but wish us to deal directly with your clients at this time, please speak to us.
  • While we are remotely working, some of our employees may not be able to take payments over the phone, which means you may be transferred to other colleagues to ensure we keep your sensitive information secure and comply with payment collection regulations.
