You’ll have heard a lot about COVID-19 recently and the effect it’s having across the world.

That’s why I wanted to email you personally to assure you that, whatever happens, Health Assured has contingency plans in place to support you and your organisation. Your service will stay open and you’ll continue to receive confidential support, 24/7.

Here’s what we’re doing

We are closely monitoring World Health Organisation (WHO) and local authority guidance, including signposting to the NHS 111 service when appropriate and encouraging our clients to do the same in order to maintain the health and wellbeing of their people.

I also want to ensure you that we have enhanced our already robust processes to promote a clean and safe working environment to ensure the welfare of our teams. There’s no doubt that we all face a period of uncertainty, but it’s important to remember that this period will pass.
