We are now into week 3 of remote working for the BA team and I can confidently say it is business as usual. Our CS & Renewal teams are continuing to assist brokers/clients with policy queries and achieving excellent levels of renewal retention, whilst new business enquiries continue to be received and secured by our new business unit.
Our development team are fully operational (albeit home based) and undertaking numerous calls to speak with many brokers/advisers to support and help them find ways to add value and income to their business through general insurance opportunities. We are also helping a number of our distribution partners with useful tools/updates/presentations to share with their members and also arranged a number of webinars. If you feel my development team can help you in anyway at all during these different times, please let me know.
