What is Rapid Remortgage?
Rapid Remortgage enables clients to reach a point of legal certainty earlier on in the conveyancing process, allowing them to complete as soon as their financial arrangements are in place, at a time that works for them.

No hitches, no surprises, just satisfaction all round.

How does it work?

  1. Through eConveyancer, you can instruct a Rapid Remortgage by selecting any quote where the DigitalMove Plus logo appears. Following instruction, cases are screened against our list of exclusions, which are detailed at the bottom of this email.In most cases, this check will show the case qualifies and a Rapid Remortgage can proceed.
  2. The DigitalMove Starter Pack is immediately available to clients, which they will need to fully complete and return, together with ID documentation.

    Once returned, the case will be progressed to a completion-ready state, or detail any additional work required by the end of the following working day.

  3. When clients have made their financial arrangements and are ready to complete, their conveyancer is notified and the remortgage is finalised.

Exclusions

We may need to make further enquiries if any of the following conditions apply to your case – this may result in your case not qualifying for Rapid Remortgage:

  • Short lease
  • Second charges
  • Transfer of equity
  • Specialist Lenders
  • Inherited properties

Please note that for cases where an unexpected legal or title issue arises, this could also result in non-qualification of your case.
