- Applicants must be adding to an existing application or submit 2 or more applications at the same time to qualify for the Multi-app product;
- Only one application fee required – no matter how many applications are submitted;
- Portfolio clients have up to six months to submit subsequent applications, non-portfolio clients have 3 months to submit subsequent applications;
- Portfolio multi-loan rates start from 3.39%.
