In March 2021, we launched Mental Health Pathway on our Solutions private medical insurance for businesses.

The mental health pathway includes an optional upgrade offering either 28 or 45 days of in-patient treatment at private medical facilities.

However, we’ve recently identified there are no private in-patient mental health facilities in certain regions of the UK. As such the mental health upgrade is no longer available in the following areas:

•the Channel Islands
•the Isle of Man
•the Isle of Wight
•Northern Ireland
