Our team is currently very busy, which means that you may experience a longer wait time if you try to contact our TBDMs, and it could take more time than usual for us to process your case. We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause and reassure you that we’ll be in touch as soon as we can (we promise!).

The easiest and quickest way to check the status of your case is to log into MSO, where you will find the latest information. You will also get email notifications to keep you up to date at key stages of the application. This means that you don’t need to contact us to check on the progress of your case.
