Nutrition service piloting now
To support customers’ wellbeing, we’re piloting a new free Nutrition service which will give them telephone‑based access to qualified nutritionists. The nutritionists will offer personalised plans which can help with various Nutrition goals the customer may have.
We want to know customers will benefit from the Nutrition service, and that their experience of using the service is both positive and valuable. That’s why we’re trialling the service on a six‑month pilot with a limited number of customers¹ to start with.

Interactive mental health check‑in
Give your clients the opportunity to check in on their mental health with our low mood and anxiety quizzes. Whilst the quizzes can’t offer a diagnosis, they’ll lead your clients towards some helpful resources and services designed to help them feel back on top, and in control.

We’ve changed the way we offer cover to employee groups
We’re now offering businesses the following plan options:
- For groups of 2‑74 employees, we’ll offer one of our off‑the‑shelf global health plans, or Islands Health Plans. These are customisable with optional upgrades.
- For groups of 75‑149 employees, we’ll offer more personalised benefits with one of our Tailored Business Plans. These plans come with additional cost‑saving features, like specific stop loss and profit share.
