We’ve invested in new regions, and partnered with new insurers so there’s even more opportunity to work together on a global scale.

Delivering our promises to you
At our 2021 conference, I outlined our commitments to you as a valued member of our intermediary network. Here are the steps we’ve taken to achieve our ambition:
Depended on globally
- Offered 24/7 global customer support throughout the Coronavirus pandemic
- Increased investment in the Benelux region and introduced a new Business Development Manager for the region, Marc Posthuma
- Added a new insurer to our panel so we can cover more customers in more countries
- Enhancing our provider strategy, we grew the AXA Select network by 14%² and secured better rates for customers’ treatment
Proactive health provider
- Virtual Doctor and Mind Health services³ launched globally
- Enhanced communications with our intermediary network
- Nutrition service pilot launched to support customers in the UK and Channel Islands
- Delivered digital tools and platforms, like HR Admin online
People‑centred
- Held regular discussions with our intermediary panel to ensure your voice is being heard. This year, topics included SME business, communications between our business and yours, and future learning opportunities.
- Invested in our people, empowering them to go above and beyond for our customers. In 2021, almost 200 people from our global teams took ownership of their own development by involving themselves in additional learning events throughout the year⁴.
Plus, we spent 165 days training new members of our Sales team⁴, so you can be sure our people know our products inside and out.
