New Business

Rate Changes

  • Purchase: Rate increases of up to 10bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 7bps and 10bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • First Time Buyers: Rate increase of 5bps on 85% LTV 2 year deal
  • BTL Purchase: Rate increases of up to 10bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • BTL Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 10bps and 8bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • Green Purchase: Rate increases of up to 9bps and 10bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • Green Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 7bps and 6bps on selected 2 and 5 year deal7
  • BTL Green Purchase: Rate increases of up to 10bps and 7bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • BTL Green Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 10bps and 8bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals

Existing Customer

Rate Changes

  • Switcher: Rate increases of up to 17bps and 6bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
  • Switcher – High value: Rate increase of 5bps on selected 5 year deals
