A wider range of acceptable adverse

At Precise Mortgages, we don’t believe a credit blip in the past should prevent your customer from getting the residential mortgage they need today.

It’s why we’ve expanded the range of acceptable adverse we’ll accept from customers with less-than-perfect credit histories.

New 2 and 5-year fixed rates up to 80% LTV for the following adverse:

  • Defaults – 5 in 24 months
  • CCJs – 3 in 24 months
  • DMPs – active and recently satisfied
  • Missed mortgage/secured loan arrears – 1 in 12 months, 3 in 36 months (worst status)
  • Unsecured arrears – not counted
