We made some changes to our BTL Product Transfer range on 30^th March:

• Rates increased between 0.20% – 0.30% on all LTVs except 80% LTV products
• End dates remain the same

Accord Residential product changes

We made some changes to our Residential New Business product range on 30^th March:

• The full range was withdrawn and replaced, with some rate changes

• • 85% LTV 5-year Remortgage products were reduced by 0.10%
  • 95% LTV 2-year House Purchase and Portability Top-Up rates were increased by 0.05%
  • 2-year Help to Buy rates were increased by 0.05%
• End dates were extended to 31^st August
