We’re making the following changes to our residential product range at 9am on Friday 8 September:
New residential products
We’re introducing 3 new remortgage products at 65% and 85% LTV all with free valuations, free legals and cashback.
Residential rates going down
We’re reducing 19 rates across 65%, 75%, 80% and 85% LTV tiers by up to 0.31%
Residential deals changing
We’re cutting the cashback incentive on some deals from £500 to £250, but we’re cutting rates on these deals to compensate for incentive reduction.
Residential products being withdrawn and not replaced
We’re withdrawing four products – codes 46384, 46184, 46191 & 46214
Residential deals not changing
73 products will be left unchanged
