Virtual medical screenings
On the 13th April, we launched a virtual medical screening service.
As face-to-face medical examinations can’t take place at the moment, we’re offering virtual medical screenings for our life insurance customers. Virtual examinations will take place with a nurse over a video call, and will help our underwriters to get the information they need to support applications for life insurance.
This is part of our flexible approach to continue to offer cover to as many customers as possible. You can find more details about how virtual medical screening works here.
