We have just updated our application forms, so that they now include a reference to GDPR. The new forms are available to download from our website, and I have attached them to this email, as follows:
– The ‘FMU Application Form’, for individuals and families
– The ‘Private Client Application Form’, which is for individuals and families who apply for moratorium terms OR if they apply to transfer from another insurer
– The ‘Corporate Application Form’
