Do you have customers who play sports? Want to be able to offer them a simple and affordable accident plan that protects against injury?
At April UK we’re delighted to offer two Personal Accident Plans:
Our Personal Accident Plan…
This is your traditional ‘broken bones’ plan providing 21 fracture benefits, ranging from a broken nose through to a fractured skull. Premiums start from just £8.14 a month making it very affordable and attractive for both individual sales, and club purchases for their players.
It even covers ACL injuries and if you wanted greater protection, for a small additional premium, cover can be enhanced to include 19 serious injuries such as PTD, quadriplegia, loss of limbs and more.
It should be noted that all forms of professional sports are excluded on this plan, as are all equestrian and combat sports. However sports such as rugby and football are covered.
Our Sports Accident Plan…
This is more of a comprehensive protection plan for those who are both serious about their sports and also protecting themselves against injuries.
Its key attraction is a weekly income benefit of up to £350 that pays out for up to 26 weeks if the policyholder can’t work following an accident whilst taking part in sport. This allows the policyholder to continue paying their household bills and concentrate on recovery, rather than worrying about their finances.
It also provides a whole host of other benefits such as hospitalisation and serious injury benefits, as well as an array of fracture benefits.
Premiums start from £30 a month and covers semi-professionals (see terms for full details) as well as the vast majority of sports including motorsports, equestrian and rugby.
Easy to apply and take out
All premiums for our accident plans can be found in the product brochures (go to our Literature Library) and a simple application form is all it takes to apply for a plan. No medical questions are asked and acceptance is guaranteed (as long as basic eligibility criteria is met).
