To keep you in the loop: our affordability calculator on the www.digitalmortgages.net website has been taken down due to a technical issue. There is a status message on the page to inform brokers that the calculator isn’t currently available.

Apologies for any inconvenience this causes. We’re working to get it back online as soon as possible, but the issue may take a bit of time to fix – we’ll keep you updated on our progress and let you know as soon as it’s back up and running.

Our Broker Portal is not affected and still available for applications, case updates and DIPs (which will only leave a soft footprint on the applicant’s credit file).
