Last week, we temporarily withdrew all our remortgage, purchase and first-time buyer products. This week, we’re bringing you a revised remortgage range for existing customers.
New remortgage products
At 8am on Thursday 9 April, we’re reintroducing a limited range of no-fee remortgage products with 60% to 90% LTV, on two and five-year fixed rates.
These are only for our existing customers. We’ll keep assessing the market, so we can relaunch products for new customers when the time is right and of course, we’ll update you when we have any news.
Helping you help your customers
Whether your Atom customer is reaching the end of their initial deal or is already on our SVR, this range is designed to give them some options. And just so you know, we also reduced our SVR from 4.00% to 3.50% on Friday 3rd April.

As you will be aware, all mortgage lenders have a challenge carrying out valuations at the moment, so we’re working hard with our valuation partners to make sure we can keep things moving along as smoothly as possible.
