Making it simple for you and your clients to get cover from Aviva.

Previously, paper AMRAs (Access to Medical Records Act form) took an average of 14 days to be completed and returned to us. To help save time for you and your clients, from Monday 12 March we’ll be introducing a faster way for your clients to give authorisation to access their medical reports, cutting down processing time to just a few minutes.

The process is simple:

  • You’ll need to provide us with the life assured’s email address in the personal details section of the application.
  • We’ll email an e-AMRA form directly to your client, should we need to contact their GP.
  • Your client can give their consent by providing an e-signature on any device. This will be sent securely back to us, so that we can quickly continue the application process.

  • The new online service removes the need for printing and scanning documents.
  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with ALPS business tracking.
  • e-AMRAs will save you time in the application process, freeing you up to serve your clients more effectively.
