View your Solutions renewal offers in Broker Portal today!

Since our initial launch of Broker Portal, we have been busy developing our exciting Solutions renewal quoting feature, which will be available for you to use shortly. In the meantime take a look at the first renewal screen, which provides you with an overview of the renewal offer. This doesn’t replace the email renewal terms you receive from us, but will provide you with renewal offer information such as:

1.Renewal premium and last year’s cost of cover
2.Policy benefits at renewal
3.Renewal membership
How do I access this information?

You will see a new button on the member management screen called Renewal details. If the policy is in its renewal period (that’s 49 days prior to the renewal date) clicking on the button will provide you with a view of the policy renewal details.

That’s not it…

In addition to the new screen, we have also taken the opportunity to react to feedback you gave us about the membership management screen. You told us that you would like to see a more detailed view of the membership and we have delivered just that. Click on the ‘View details’ link in the membership list to see more information about a member such as address, contact details, original moratorium underwriting dates and effective date.
