We’re always looking for ways to improve the way you do protection business with us, so we’re pleased to share details of our latest enhancements:
Underwriting evidence notifications
In response to your feedback, we’ve introduced new underwriting notifications to our online business tracking. Now you can access even more accurate and timely information to keep track of your applications.
Notification of receipt of GPR/IGPR by the GP surgery
When a request for a GPR or IGPR has been issued, we contact the GP to check the request has arrived. We’ve introduced a new notification that will be sent to you once the GP has received the request. So instead of contacting us, you can simply check it’s been received in tracking.
Place a reissued policy on risk
Instead of contacting us, you can now place a reissued policy on risk through our online self-serve system, giving you full control. Once we’ve confirmed the reissue is complete, simply go online and add the start date to place the policy on risk.
