Help with returning to work
With recent changes in mind, we have updated our mental health guides, specifically offering helpful guidance about anxiety when returning to work. We have also included an overview of some recent line manager training, which offers hints and tips on how to ease the situation.
Long COVID and Private Health
Following recent requests we have developed a new guide to help you and your clients understand how private healthcare can complement NHS support for employees with symptoms relating to long COVID. It covers an overview of the condition and what additional support is available from Aviva.
