What’s next?

From October, we’ll call ourselves AXA Health. We’ll be getting in touch with clients and members to let them know about our new name.

Our advertising, website and email addresses will change to AXA Health too. Your IT team will need to add our new IP addresses to your company safe list. Find out more.

For a while, you may see our new name together with our old brands on our communications. But we’ll still offer the services we do today. And our phone numbers will stay the same.

As part of becoming AXA Health, we’ll be simplifying our business structure and legal entities. This will allow us to find new ways to be easier to do business with, including how we contract with clients.

These changes will not impact any renewals taking place before May 2021 for corporate and April 2021 for SME and individual. We’ll be speaking with you and our clients about this in the coming months. Your terms of business (TOBA agreement) will remain with AXA PPP healthcare Limited.
