Introducing our Clinical Support Centre

As part of a series of measures we’ve unveiled to support our members through the coronavirus crisis we have introduced our Clinical Support Centre, an innovation designed to support member’s access remote consultations and diagnostics. This is linked with our network of specialists and healthcare providers, expert in cancer, cardiology, ENT, gastroenterology, gynaecology, orthopaedics and paediatrics.

We’ve made it simple for members to get the treatment they need. Our Personal Advisers will triage members to the correct clinician, service or third party for the most appropriate care (urgent cases will be referred to NHS111). And if members need treatment as a result of a diagnosis we’ll of course honour this providing they keep their current cover and benefits in place during this time.

In addition we’ve made a series of service enhancements to some other key areas to support our UK members through the current coronavirus crisis.

For more about our Clinical Support Centre and the changes that we’re making, find out more by using the link below. Alternatively speak to your account manager – they’ll be happy to help.

Making it simpler for SME’s to transfer their healthcare cover

We’re making it easier for your clients to join us by now accepting a direct transfer of membership documents from their previous insurer. We are also adopting this new process for any groups that wish to transfer their AXA PPP healthcare group policy to another insurer as well. This change in process will mean that we now only need email confirmation from the group administrator, confirming they have all of the members consent to pass their details to us to set up a new plan, or for us to forward their membership documents on to their new insurer.

We will be in touch soon to provide you with further information on this new insurer to insurer transfer process.

Support for your clients and their teams
