From 1 October this year, we’ll be making some changes to our products, plans and propositions. We regularly review our products and services to improve and add value to our members’ experience. We’ve created a helpful guide to explain all of the changes that we will be making.

We are now allowing annual payers to cancel their cover outside of the 14 day cancellation period. We stated that the products affected included SME plans. We should have clarified that this is only for SME groups of one and not all SME schemes. We have amended the document to reflect this change and a revised version can be found here.
