We communicated the withdrawal of one of our 85% LTV products. This action was taken to assist us in effectively managing our application flow, so we can maintain our service levels for you and your clients, following a number of recent pricing changes within the market.
We remain at 4 working days for our underwriters to assess new applications but to further support our commitment to delivering a consistent service for you and your clients, we are today announcing that we are temporarily streamlining our residential new lending product range with the withdrawal of our core residential products available at 75% LTV. We can confirm that this is a short-term change as we expect to communicate new product options in due course.
